Are You Ready to See Result

Technorati Profile

Getting results is an interesting thing isn't it?

Some of you are incredible at attracting:
*Money
*Friends
*Business Partners
*Relationships
*Gifts
*Vacations

etc...

I love learning how people get results and how I can continue
attracting and getting the success results I desire.

Most of you have areas where you are incredible with getting
results and areas where you need support.

I'm happy to say that in the area of attracting friends,
business partners, money, a body I desire and relationships,
I've been pretty successful.

I struggle at times with being unfocused and not wanting
to work out. I also love my bed, so getting up in the mornings
can be a real challenge.

I love the way I feel at the end of a workout, but sometimes getting there is like pulling out my hair and teeth...so I have some fun strategies that I use to get my butt in gear and head to the gym....

1. Just go walk in the door. If you want to walk right back out, fine...(I never walk out. I've had five minute workouts however).

2. I listen to my favorite audios like: The Secret, Joe Vitale, Earl Nightengale, Pat O'Bryan, Kathryn Alice, Kim Hiatt, Abraham-Hicks, Rich Dreams, etc... are on the top of my list.

3. I listen to incredible uplifiting must.

4. I grab a trashy magazine about celebrities and only read it while at the gym.

5. When I'm on the machines I tell myself how strong and fabulous I'm looking! It connects me to feeling so fabulous and creates a positive framework with working out.

In just a few weeks, I'm going to be taking people on a very special journey to
uncover their blocks to get wonderful weight loss results.

7 Tips To Ensure You Don’t Fall Off The Weight Wagon This FALL Season

As the leaves drop, the rain sprinkles, and the trees change color, you may notice that as the temperatures cool, so does your mood. With less sunlight, tans wearing off, and outdoor activities dwindling down, it’s important to continue to think of your body.

Marna Goldstein, expert and author of Naturally Thin Secrets, shares that all too often people begin pouring on the pounds once the weather cools off and jackets and sweaters come on. Goldstein states, “My busy season begins this season as men and women find the scales slowly increasing and their activity decreasing. I begin hearing more frustration and anger with their bodies as fall hits.”

Goldstein recommends these seven sure-fire tips to make sure you don’t fall off the wagon with your weight this FALL season.

1. Find sexy, figure-flattering clothes. It’s easy to begin getting ready for the summer as you think about tank tops and bikinis. Once sweaters and jackets come on, make sure you don’t get in the habit of neglecting your body. Don’t hide behind big sweaters and sweats. Find sexy, figure-flattering clothes that keep you warm and show off your svelte figure at the same time. You feel confident and confidence always leads to keeping your weight down.

2. Get rid of the old and fashion flawed. Dig through magazines and find fashion-forward fall trends. Head to your closets and put together fun and hip outfits. Throw away anything that doesn’t make you feel like a thousand bucks and that makes you feel out of date. Get a long-length mirror and twirl around so you can see all parts of you. Remember, how you feel during the day in your clothes makes all the difference in the world.

3. Make a pact with your feelings. The key to keeping your weight down has almost everything to do with your feelings. If you feel down in the dumps, your body will too. Keep your feelings light and energetic. Write down in the morning how you want to feel during the day about yourself and your body. Make a pact to feel great about your body this season, and do everything you can to feel light and beautiful.

4. Get out in the sun. Yes, of course you should wear sun protection, but make sure you see the sun during the day. With the sun going down earlier, and less sunlight during the day, make sure you get some sun during your lunch or breaks. Light feeds your soul and helps you feel alive and energetic. Get out in some light and watch your spirits soar.

5. Do the sexy walk and walk tall. Get out of your chair during the day and begin strutting your stuff. Sway your hips, cross one ankle over the other as you walk, and walk with confidence. At work, there’s no reason you can’t get up and feel good about your body. When you stand tall and walk sexy, you feel tall and thin. The better you feel about your body now, the less work you’ll have to do to get back in shape during the spring and summer seasons.

6. Get inspired this season. Pick just one additional physical activity you can do that would be above and beyond your normal routine. Whether it’s a walk for a great cause, a 5k run, a hike, or playing Frisbee in the rain, just pick one and stick to it.

7. Strip down. We see ourselves half naked during the summer, whether it’s wearing shorts, sporting little tank tops to show off our neckline and arms, or wearing sun dresses. Make sure you don’t go nine months without seeing your body, only to be frightened when you go to wear next summer’s favorites. Get naked, sleep naked, and make sure you see your body. Wear shorts around the house, go on vacations where you can lie in the sun or buy yourself sexy lingerie so that you don’t hide that beautiful body of yours all season.

What Advice Do You Have For Kids Wanting To Lose Weight?

Have you ever done something in your life and all of a sudden you find yourself taking a trip down memory lane.

Even if memory lane is painful?

Creating Thin From Within Kids has been just that.

I've had a blast because I know our program works and we're seeing great results, but challenging because it's reminded me of the pain I felt when I was a kid gaining weight.

This Thursday I am getting ready to do a FREE call with my partner Kim, and in preparation for the call, we've been talking about how great it would have been to have personalized coaching like this available to us when we were kids.

Coaching that was gentle and kind. A safe space where we could talk and discuss the pain, the frustration and the realness of our situation. Oh, what a difference that would have made to our self-esteem!

Being heavy as a child was challenging...

When I was 12 years old, I remember trying to cross my legs and remember the feeling of seeing unsightly fat push out. Or the times I hid behind the camera in fear of having my picture taken, or getting dressed in the locker room during gym class hiding my body in hopes that my friends wouldn't see my tiny chest and large thighs.

Being an overweight kid is tough. It's painful. If you are one or were one, you know what I'm talking about.

That's why I'm so excited for Thursday night. We are going to reveal some insights regarding motivation, regarding permanent weight loss, and we are going to dive into many of the questions we hear on a daily basis from our kids and teens.

I want kids and teens to know:

1. In order to change your weight, all you have to do is change your mind.
2. Motivation can be learned, and if you don't have it it's perfectly normal!
3. Diets don't work!
4. You deserve to love yourself right now, so don't wait.
5. Move beyond your limiting beliefs to look and feel fabulous!

What would you want them to know? If you could roll the clock of time back, what advice do you have for the kids, teens and parents we'll be talking to on Thursday night?

Let me know! I'll share some of them on the call.
