DIET INTERVENTION: STOP DRIVING YOURSELF CRAZY AND START GETTING RESULTS

Do you drive yourself crazy trying to keep up with the latest diet trends? If so, Stop! Please. You have enough to worry about already. Quit running yourself ragged or spending a fortune trying to keep up with the latest and greatest diet tricks and tips. The truth is, your body knows what you need and no matter what expert or what new research is out there, experts know way less then you do about your body.

To be perfectly honest, slimming down is largely dependent on the inner body cues. There's no magic formula you must follow to the letter but there are a number of simple things you can better understand and do to help get you reach your weight loss goals and it's a lot easier than most people think.

First and most importantly, remember that your body speaks to you. If you end up listening to what your body says to you in the morning, afternoon and evening, you will be what I consider an "your body authority" which can automatically double your weight loss goals. Here's what I mean...

If you begin to partner with your body and listen to the inner hunger, satiety, thirst, and discomfort signals, ) you will see that it tells you precisely when it wants you to begin your meal and when it wants you to end a meal. If you’ve been listening to a diet or your mind for instruction, you are making things way to complicated Slimming down and keeping weight off is not supposed to be challenging, when you listen it’s a snap.

Secondly, the biggest and most important piece of the puzzle is trusting your body to guide you. If you’ve struggled with added pounds for any length of time you may not trust that your body can guide you to thinness, yet it guides you to breathe, to signal you to use the restroom, to sleep, to blink, and so much more. This means that your body was designed to beautifully signal you to sustain a beautiful and healthy you. By beginning to trust your body you will begin to create a more positive and healthy relationship with your body is technique I just love to teach.
So if you are listening and trusting your body to slim down, you are expecting positive and powerful results. Excuses like slow metabolism, sleepiness, you’re just meant to be fat, and such are just a waste of your precious words and brain power. When you expect to see a slim you in the mirror and you tie in listening to your body and trusting that it will slim down, results are a given.

And by the way, if you’ve dieted for any length of time, it just gets in the way of listening and trusting your body. You give over your inner wisdom to some book or some diet…and who stays on diets for any length of time?

If you really want to get the most out of your body, consider listening and trusting. Naturally thin people are pros at this and they never put their eating habits in the hands of anyone but themselves. They listen. You do the same!
Good luck!

Are you eating like crazy lately, I may know why

The stress of losing tons of money in the stock market, seeing our retirement money go down the drain (man, I would have really enjoyed traveling around the world ....twice) and not knowing if gas prices are going up or down, if banks are secure and if who's going to win for President is all kind of stressful.

Even if you don't focus on it and use the law of attraction, there's something about the county's underlying stress that is more than likely going to seep into some part of your life.

This stress is making a lot of people nutty and wanting to eat and binge like crazy.

If you are finding your pants slowly getting tighterdue to your stress, I am here to give you someadvice this week.

In times of stress, there is a direct relationship to seeing your weight creep up (which is whythe average person gains 25 pounds in theirfirst two years of marriage).

I'm very concerned with what I’m hearing, whichis why I had to write this email, and get it out to you TODAY.

This Thursday I’m offering a mini intervention to getin the way of any stress eating you may be having.
