My Sister Looks Awesome

My sister and her husband traveled around Europe the entire summer, and when she returned she was teensy...she lost a bunch of weight!

Now, my sister has never been big and when I was looking at slimming down some years ago, she was one of the first people I interviewed. I asked her when she knew when to eat, how much, etc. And of course, she nailed the questions just in the same way other naturally thin people did (They all seem like they are from the same club).

Well, like most naturally thin people (they are real people too) their weight goesup a little and comes down a little. My sister has been that way... but always thin.

When she came from her travels, I asked her about her experience in Europe and how she came to get so skinny...

My sister's name is Elke and Elke shared with me that she and her husband first thought the meals in Europe were ridiculously small and for the first few meals or so - they went to McDonalds or somewhere else to get a quick bite after their dinner, because it just wasn't enough food.

She said that after a few days, they became comfortable with the smaller portions and due to their activity and smaller meals, they slimmed down.

The two of them both look great and it's been several months since their travels. Today, Elke sent me such an insightful email that she gave me permission to share with you:

"I've noticed that since I've lost a little weight, I'm a little happier with my body. Without meaning to, I started paying more attention to my thighs when I soap in the shower. I realized that I hadn't touched my upper thighs in who knows how long because I didn't like the way they looked. I kind of just avoided them subconsciously. I kind of wonder if it contributed to them staying that way. By ignoring a part of my body completely, it kind of started ignoring me, if that makes sense. I had always worked to try and get rid of them, but when I started to pay attention, things felt better. Even now though, in terms of skin sensitivity, they're much more sensitive than the rest of my legs. I don't know if this is any sort of insight, and maybe you're heard this one hundred times before, but I thought it was fascinating. Self love...crazy stuff. Now I make an effort every day to give my legs some love.

Had to tell you--I thought it was too cool.

Love you, and hope you're having a great day (don't work too hard).

Elk"

Pretty cool ey? It reminded me, that we are made up of energy. Every cell vibrates at a certain vibration and my sister began vibrating at a higher (healthier and happier) level and so her body responded, which is helping her to keep her weight down and appreciate its beauty.

I hope you are igniting the parts of your body that you challenge to love with warmth, love and joy.

If you need a little help in doing so, I can help you at: www.thinwithin.com/coaching.htm

Thank you sis!

Love,
Marna
