Discover 4 Reason Why You Must Toss Your Diet Books Today

Are you still a slave to diets after everything I’ve taught you? Is it still hard for you to pass up the latest and greatest new diet book or grab the magazine with the fastest ways to beat the flab?

Well, if you are still tempted, you should know that dieting mostly aids in gaining weight. When you shift from “I can’t eat this” to “I can eat whatever I want” everything about how you experience food changes. Here are four big shifts that begin to take place immediately when you come out of the diet mentality and begin allowing a plethora of foods into your life:

1. Instantly You Feel Free
There is an immediate sense of freedom when you stop dieting. Diets are like experiencing the world handcuffed. Everywhere you go, you feel like there are these wonderful foods out there that you want to taste, textures to be enjoyed, and delicacies to try. Yet, as great as these all sound, your handcuffs keep you from this freedom. Once you stop dieting, it’s like throwing your diet handcuffs off of your life, and it’s one of the best freedoms ever! People that have moved into this freedom share with me continuously how amazing they feel, how exciting it is and what a joy this newfound experience with food is.

2. Immediately Any Negative Self-Talk Lessens. The restrictions and conflicting voices in your mind relax the second you begin to rid the diet mentality. All your thoughts about what you can or should eat calms as your mind experiences the joy of food in a “can eat” fashion. Your mind no longer needs to work overtime to keep you “on track,” and all that you needed to keep you in line, lessens significantly as you gain the privilege to experience the great variety of foods that work best for your body.

3. Instantly Meals Become More Fulfilling
When you choose what you desire most at each meal, the meal experience comes from a place of abundance versus lack. This abundance transcends into greater fulfillment. You no longer have to choose from a list of what you can or should eat. Rather, you choose from the entire food-list of the Universe based on taste, what feels best in your body, and what makes your body function optimally. Eating in this fashion allows for meals to become more fulfilling and absolutely delicious.

4. Any Overeating Will Automatically Begin To Decrease
When you give up diets permanently, overeating tendencies decrease. Overeating occurs when the food you eat is so good that you fear you may never eat it again, or when you repeatedly feel lack during meals. Eating foods you love eliminates this experience of lack. When you begin to eat your favorite chocolate dessert and know you can eat them regularly (don’t worry – you won’t choose it for every meal), then there’s no need to overeat. None!

Really consider if dieting is working for both your mind and your body. If it’s not, then consider ridding the diet mentality forever. If you need added support from me to do so, I’d love to help. Whether it is through coaching, my ThinWithinU community, or through the 30-Day Blaster Challenge, I would love to get you feeling and looking your best.

Why ThinWithin.com and a Non-Diet Approach Works

Hate Going to the Gym? Here’s What the Thin Do…

If you’ve been trying to hit the gym, but it’s been painful getting there; in fact, you can’t really remember the last time you worked out, then listen up… there’s a reason.

The naturally thin (typically) can’t be found pushing it on elliptical machines, lifting weights or are even aware of calorie burn.

Why? Because they don’t see working out at the gym all that much fun. Now, this is not every single naturally thin person. Some naturally thin people hit they gym to do 30 minutes on the elliptical or lift weights. What’s important to understand however, is their motivation.

In researching loads of these naturally thin-minded folks, it’s clear that movement is part of their life, yet in all cases it’s about the “enjoyment factor”.

Let’s take my husband Josh, who epitomizes the naturally thin mindset and body. He’s not all that in to going to the gym, but get out of his way when it comes to his hockey games each week. He loves the challenge, the game, the fun and everything about it. He’s not into calorie burn, how much fat flew off his body or how much exercise he gets out of his workout. He loves the game and he’s passionate about playing. The physical benefits are an aside to him.

This is true of so many naturally thin men and women. They find a sport or activity that they have a strong “enjoyment factor” and the enjoyment means everything! The focus has nothing to do with calorie burn and more to do with passion, enjoyment and skill improvement.

If hitting the gym has been painful for you, to get started look at either what you used to love doing as a kid, or get creative and think about what could be fun to get involved in. You may find you try ballet class and it’s just not the right fit for you. That’s fine. Just check it off as something you tried and move on to the next idea. You’ll eventually find the physical activity that moves not just your body, but your soul as well. Good luck and I look forward to hearing great success
stories.

If you’d like to learn more about how the thin think, you have got to get your hands on the this multi-media experience, Fire Your Fat Head. This audio and video experience will help you to see where you can begin putting your focus to naturally align your body with that of the thin. Getting Ready To Lose Weight? What Words Are You Using?

Do You Feel You Deserve to Be Thin?

Do you feel like you deserve to be thin?

Do you feel entitled to wear trendy fashion-forward clothes with cute seasonal tops and bottoms that show off your unique curves?

I know you want to be thin, but do you feel like you deserve it?

If you’ve found yourself repeating the cycle of losing and regaining weight over and over again, instead of getting frustrated with what’s been going on, it is important
you look deeper at the reason why this continues to take place. Spending some gentle time looking of deserving to be thin is crucial – down below I’ll share some ideas of how to do this.

Sometimes the feeling of being heavier is more comforting and more familiar than the feeling of thinness. You set out on the journey to live thin and in only a week’s time, you begin to see your body slim down. Yet as much as you enjoy these new results, you immediately find yourself engaging in overeating, binge eating, or mindless eating unconsciously.

It seems crazy! Here you want thinness so badly, yet this other force seems to take over and throw you back into your old jeans or old behaviors. The force that’s at play is deservingness.

If you’re currently in this cycle, before you even think of taking off pounds, I want you to explore what’s really going on. Here are four questions to help you to explore more deeply what’s truly going on:

1. Do you self-sabotage when it comes to slimming down?
2. Take a moment, close your eyes, and ask yourself “Do I deserve to be thin?” see what intuitively comes flowing into your mind.
3. What actions and thoughts do you use to when you begin to self-sabotage?
4. What could you do to counteract these thoughts and behaviors?

If you need extra support focusing on deserving thinness in your life, coaching is an extremely effective tool. In addition, the guided meditation, Becoming the Thin You That’s Within You, will center you to look at some of these areas.
