Weight Loss Success Is Based On Your Mind

Your success to slim down entirely depend on how well you support your mind.

You know that obsessing about your body and weight is time consuming and only leads to heart break and pain, right? So knock it off. You must also knock off any obsessive dieting which only creates deprivation and increased frustration. Being thin and relaxed is a possibility - a great one if you know what to do...

The KEY: Transforming your mind!

There are lots of excuses out there like:
*"It's my genetics"
*"I'm overweight because I don't have time to go to the gym."
*"I'm just big boned and heavy."
*"I just love food."

I know them all, I used to have them too. Occassionally, I'll find them still trickling back into my mind - but now I kick them out fast!!

If you don't know how to kick your fat thoughts out of your mind, they will smother your life, make you fat and you'll find yourself depressed on the couch, with no energy, out of breath and unhealthy. Yep, I've been there...it's no fun! Thin and happy is way better.

Those "fat" thoughts can be so powerful they will sabotage anything good that you put in their way.

That's why becoming thin long-term has got to include MIND TRANSFORMATION!

My system is based on understanding addiction, food, and our minds. My model is based on actually helping people to transform their beliefs, to take action, and align their bodies with being naturally thin.

Every day I get emails from people in the diet community and they wonder how I continue to have a thriving practice, when most of their business is drying up...

Why?

Because people are sick of dieting, sweating buckets and seeing no results, and wasting time counting calories. I know something they don't.

Breaking free from diets work!

Intuitively you know it to. You know that you don't have to diet forever to stay thin. You were probably thin at some point and you maintained it easily and effortlessly. Yeah, so you know dieting is hogwash.

Yes, there are changes that must be made, but it's not all food related. It's MIND related.

Dieting can be over for your life and those nasty thoughts can be diminished and stomped
out. Even if they keep coming back!

I haven't done a support group in a very long time. Our last one was so bonded, that we
stuck together for over 5 months. We'll see about this next one...

I am offering a support group that will meet every other week for the next few months and
then we'll assess where everyone is at and how you are doing.
