Jump Start Your Metabolism with This Easy Trick

Here's a very easy tip to help you jump start your metabolism:

In a mug put:
1 slice of lemon
1 tsp. of cayenne pepper

Stick in the microwave or pour hot water over your lemon and
cayenne and stir.

This is a fast way to jump start your metabolism.

I love the taste. If it's too spicy for you, then scale back the amount and if it's not spicy enough, then add more.

Cayenne Pepper can definately spice up a meal, but did you know that it can also raise your metabolic rate by up to 50% for up to 3 hours after you’ve eaten a this spice?

Does the water need to be hot/warm to activate the Cayenne or can you put the pepper in lukewarm/cool water?

I put the lemon and cayenne pepper in cool water and then microwave it - the other thing to do is put it in a mug, then pour hot water over the lemon and cayenne pepper. Both work great!
