Denver Duo Joins Forces for Unique One-Day Event in DTC

Newly found favorite cousins, Connie Suson and Marna Goldstein Thall recently reconnected and discovered that the methods they were using separately to help others, balanced and coordinated with each other. This led them to create a unique one-day workshop, “Become Who You’re Meant To Be“, geared towards helping those struggling to slim down or find their purpose in life. This special event will take place in the DTC area on Sunday, February 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Having recently completed an intensive training in San Diego, California, local resident, Connie Suson, says a simple test has transformed the way she looks at the world.

Citing a Harris Interactive study that found 80% of Americans are not passionate about what they do, Connie says: “Everyone knows that passion is the key to success, but for people who don’t know what their passions are, finding that passion can be a huge mystery.”
Connie Suson tells people that The Passion Test is a simple, yet powerful way to get clear about the five things that matter most to them and then a process to make those the priority in their lives.

The process was created by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood and described in their NY Times bestseller, The Passion Test – The Effortless Path to Discovering Your Life Purpose (paperback: Plume, September, 2008). Connie, who was personally trained by the Attwoods as a Passion Test facilitator, says, “When you are clear, what you choose to have show up in your life will, and only to the extent you’re clear. The Passion Test is a simple, powerful process to get that clarity.”

Connie Suson is the founder of Awaken Your Passion, facilitating individuals, groups and people in the corporate world to uncover and live happier, more productive and fulfilling lives.
Out-of-control trigger eating, bingeing on comfort foods, feeling like a slave to food – none of these reactive experiences are foreign to Non-Diet Diva Marna Goldstein Thall.

The average American gains 7-10 pounds during the holiday season, but according to Thall, you can release extra weight fast by understanding how the thin think, act and live. Some 14 years ago, Thall thought, “If I wanted to become wealthy, I would study the rich. I want to get thin, so I’m going to start studying the thin.” After numerous interviews, Thall began to see her body slim down as she began implementing these naturally thin findings. Since that time, she has built a strong business focused on helping men and women around the globe slim down naturally without dieting, without deprivation, without counting calories – “those are just silly things dieters do, the thin would never think about engaging in such mind-numbing activities.” Weight gain is typically never about food, but about much, much more! Once you know how to interact with food like the thin, you then need to find your passion and find the underlying reasons why you may be eating so you can curb your out-of-control eating for once and for all, explains Thall.

That’s why this pair has teamed up to teach this interactive and powerful course to assist participants’ understanding the powerful teachings of the naturally thin and discovering their passions so they can look to their inner strength to soar through their life and in their body.

“Whether you are feeling stuck in your job, are an empty-nester looking to rekindle your passion for life, or are struggling to determine how to match your dreams with your skills, you will gain insight into your natural gifts and talents” says passion specialist Connie Suson.

The “Become Who You’re Meant To Be” experience differs from any kind of 12-step program or traditional diet in that it focuses on how the naturally thin eat, think and live. Further, it is seldom necessary for deprivation or avoidance to be the primary tactic for management. In fact, Thall admits to enjoying cheese regularly, but says, “I no longer have to have it – I can now choose when I want it, and there is a remarkable freedom in that.”
